Aircraft-type fire simulators are systems designed to replicate various fire scenarios that may occur in the field of aviation. We design different types of aircraft — from small-body airplanes to large two-deck aircraft, as well as helicopters and cargo planes — in realistic configurations tailored to meet your specific training needs.
All types of fires that may occur in an aircraft accident can be safely and fully controlled within our aircraft fire training systems. Various fire types — from cockpit and console fires to cargo and baggage compartment fires, from landing gear to engine fires — can be simulated using different fuels such as natural gas, LPG, kerosene, or Avtur. These fires can be ignited individually or simultaneously. Our projects also include wastewater collection and treatment systems for the water accumulated in channels after extinguishing exercises.
Optionally, our simulators can be equipped with infrared and thermal camera systems, allowing live monitoring and recording of training sessions for later review.

Safety is our top priority. The system is continuously monitored by the gas detectors and temperature sensors (thermocouple). On detecting unsafe conditions the system automatically shuts down all running scenarios and activates the safety circuits to return the trainer to a safe condition.
